When will I receive the link to join the conference?

We send the link to give you access 24 hours before the conference. If you purchase the tickets on the day of a conference you should receive a link an hour or so before the conference starts.


I haven’t received the link to join the conference. What do I do?

Please check your junk/spam folders as sometimes they end up there. However, if you still can’t find it, please contact hello@techcircus.co.uk and our team there will be happy to help you.


Do I need to download or install any software to be able to attend this event? 

Nope, you do not need to download or install any software to participate in a virtual conference. You only need access to the internet.


Can I access the talks after the conference and how long will I have access to the on-demand videos?

Yes, you can. The on-demand talks will be available for one year after the conference.


How do I access talks after the conference?

You can use the same link that you received when registering for the conference.


Do you sell tickets for the on-demand videos? 

Unfortunately, we do not sell tickets for the on-demand videos.
