Lead Product Designer & Manager, Synechron
Rachel is a creative leader who is motivated by the difference design can make to people in the world. After completing a Masters in Information Design, she kicked off her career working in enterprise scale UX teams at Nokia and Microsoft, before taking a completely different turn to join a growing EdTech startup.
Now, with 13 years industry experience, she has moved to join Synechron, a globally renowned consultancy who are gaining rising prominence in the UX FinTech scene in London. Rachel advocates for listening, learning and reflecting as essential skills in becoming a more empathetic and inclusive designer, leader and human.
Sunil Pithwa
Senior Product Designer, Not On The High Street
Sunil is a Senior Product Designer working at Not on the High Street. Previously working at Aviva, Moveubble, and Pancentric Digital. He enjoys being part of the design/product community and connecting with colleagues of all levels.
Since 2016 Sunil has been involved in both in-person and online events as a conference host, speaker, and moderator. He has hosted and moderated 60+ events for a multitude brands and industries in just the past 3 years.
In his spare time he loves cooking, BBQing, attending improv jams, falling off longboards, and picking up his guitar once a year and then putting it back.
Rebecca Lubitz-Marchena
Content Designer, Hobspot
Rebeca is a content designer that's worked at Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and startups. Coming from higher education and marketing, she eventually pivoted into UX writing and earned a certificate in UX Research from NN/g. Rebecca is also a mentor at ADPList and loves collecting houseplants.
Mujtaba Hameed
Stripe Partners
Mujtaba is a strategist and researcher committed to solving business challenges through deep human understanding. An anthropologist by training, he has worked in London, Amsterdam and New York leading strategic projects—especially within the tech sector. His recent clients include established tech giants such as Meta and Google as well as newer startups in cybersecurity and biotech. In his downtime he likes to box and write fiction.
